Power Design's "Quotes" postcard campaign for Customer Service Review has recently been announced as one of this year's finalists for a Mark Award. The business to business campaign was developed using actual quotes from CSRs in the field. Compelling content and striking visuals apparently hit the mark with this year's judges.

Each of the entrants will be named a winner at the Summit, with one Gold Winner chosen from each category. Gold and Silver winners will be announced at the 20th Annual Mark Awards Ceremony & Reception on Sunday, July 20 at the Seattle Convention Center.
