Power relaunches historiclandmarks.com
August 05, 2004
Historic Landmarks for Living, a Philadelphia-based company, has had a long-standing relationship with Power Design to design and maintain the historiclandmarks.com marketing website. Recently Power has reformatted and enhanced the website with new features for potential residents to utilize in their quest for a landmark apartment.
Myfloorplan is a new, Interactive tool, which allows potential tenants the opportunity to place furniture in their future residence. The new Photo Gallery feature provides a selected glimpse of what decorated residences look like in each building. Enhanced database tools are also offered to provide precise searches based on personal preferences and apartment availability.
“We are very excited about the continued opportunity to work with Fred Lavner, Vice President to reposition their online marketing efforts to meet the current desires of the apartment-seeking consumer,” says Lisa Delaney, Vice President/Co-Founder.
“Our continued partnership with Power Design has allowed us to tailor our content to the demands of the marketplace,” says Fred Lavner, Vice President. “Power has provided innovative technical solutions and contemporary site design.”
Historic Landmarks For Living was one of the first and largest rehabilitation developers of historic buildings in the United States, transforming almost 70 landmark properties-most of them vacant and doomed to decay or destruction-into highly successful and distinctive luxury residential communities. Today, Historic Landmarks for Living manages rather than develops properties, but their most prideful accomplishment is the fact that their buildings look as beautiful today as the day they were built.
